Over three decades in the personal training, fitness, and bodywork industries taught me an incredible amount about anatomy and biomechanics. It also revealed what was missing in traditional healing models.
The more I studied, the more I realized how essential fascia and energy work are to our holistic well being and balance. Failure to address these systems leads to pain and injury or prolongs our chronic symptoms.
Empowering you to practice simple self-care techniques is a core component of my approach.

Aromatherapy is the use of natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, and roots to promote healing and enhance psychological and physical well-being.
Yamuna Body Logic helps create space between muscle and bone, allowing your body’s innate circuitry to fire in a logical and correct order.
Chakra Balancing releases blockages and realigns the energy centers of the body, nurturing your physical and emotional well-being.
Pilates is a form of exercise and body conditioning that combines body awareness and breath control.
