Humans are multidimensional beings. Our healing solutions must be just as multidimensional.
More than 40 years in the personal training, fitness and bodywork industries gave me a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. They also revealed what traditional models often overlook.
The deeper I studied, the clearer it became that fascia and energy systems are not optional layers of healing - they are foundational. When these systems are ignored, pain persists, injuries repeat, and chronic patterns remained unresolved.
